Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Tucson (City) is proposing to design, construct and operate a Modern Streetcar Project (Project) with the assistance of the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and Regional Transportation Authority (RTA). The City desires to retain the services of a Program Management Consultant (PMC) to assist the City in the management and implementation of the Project. The City is proposing that the Project will be designed, engineered and constructed by one or more Design/Build Consultants (DBC). The DBC(s) will have the primary responsibility for all design and construction activities. The PMC will provide technical assistance and support to the City and the DBC(s) for the implementation of the Project.
