Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Consultant shall furnish, if and when requested by the City, the services listed in the Scope of Services section of this RFQ/RFP. This scope of services is intended to provide Consultant administrative services for the Compliance Monitoring of the City, Agency and Housing Authority Multi-family Housing Programs, Bond Housing Programs, and Single Family Housing Programs. Services include review of quarterly and annual compliance reports, annual on site file audits, long-term monitoring program requirements, prepare and submit annual CADAIC Report for Bonds, and site visits. New projects (N) scheduled to begin after the contract award require initial set up and annual monitoring. Number of loans and or/properties for each program may increase or decrease during the term of the agreement for services. HOUSING PROGRAMS: 1) Mortgage Assistance Programs Â130 loans. RDA MAP/SSTMAP 37 single family homes. RDA First Time Homebuyer 2 single family homes. RDA Infill 4 single family homes. First HOME Â - single family homes. RDA Mobile Home MAP 86 single family units
