A. Kick-off meeting and a minimum of three progress meetings with City staff, coinciding with major milestones in the Project. Meetings will be held in person and in the field. B. Design of mitigation measures for the erosion and sinkholes and to prepare technical Plans and Specifications for bidding by Proponents design requirements. The City will provide Division 1 specifications and the Proponent. shall submit to Municipal Utilities Department (MUD) the 50%, 90% and 100% design plans and specifications for MUD review. C. Final design improvement plans, and technical specifications shall include the following: 1. One electronic version set of plans, ready for signature 2. One set of technical specifications 3. Engineer's Estimate for construction 4. Construction Schedule D. Provide bidding assistance, which includes preparing addenda and letters of clarification, responding to questions during the bid period, and making recommendations related to contract award. E. Attend a pre-bid meeting and preconstruction conference. F. Provide professional services such as review of project shop drawings for a minimum of ten (10) submittals, respond to RFP and any other professional services required during construction.
