Specifications include, but are not limited to: The facility will be operated by the Sheriff's Department. The facility requires infrastructure and system upgrades to bring it into compliance with current State and Local requirements. The budget for these upgrades is estimated to be between $7,500,000-$8,200,000 (seven million, five hundred thousand to eight million, two hundred thousand dollars), 35-50% of which is anticipated to be low voltage upgrades consisting of the following: a. Integrated Electronic Security System to include integrating the following systems: i. Video Surveillance System / Network Recorders ii. Intercom / Paging iii. Detention Security / Access Controls iv. Lighting Controls v. Water Controls b. Data/Voice Network: Replace or upgrade the existing interior wiring including a new fiber connection to George Bailey. c. CATV System d. Radio System e. Fire Alarm
