Value proposals h. Procurement recommendations i. Verification of entitlements and permits j. Preparation of GMP package for Phase 2 Phase 2 – Construction (at County’s option) a. Collaboration with County representatives and Architect/Engineer b. Project management, project engineering, supervision, safety, and QA/QC c. Temporary construction, temporary facilities, temporary services d. Consumables, printing, and delivery e. Preparation and coordination of subcontractor packages and bid activities f. Subcontract management and coordination g. Preparation and coordination of submittals, shop drawings, and product data h. Commissioning pre-functional testing, startup, functional testing, reporting
