The District is seeking proposals from prequalified Construction Management (“CM”) firms to submit competitive proposals in order to provide CM services in support of the upcoming HVAC unit replacements project at all school sites within the District in accordance with Education Code section 17250.10 et seq. This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) defines the services sought from the CM firms and generally outlines the project requirements. The Project consists of performing preliminary capital improvements at all district sites to support upcoming HVAC unit replacements. The scope includes code compliance preparations and permanent infrastructure upgrades, along with related construction necessary to enable safe, efficient, and timely unit change outs with minimal disruption to school instruction.
