Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Consolidated Fire Protection District of Los Angeles County (District) is requesting a bid for a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS), fully integrated Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) solution to enhance the District’s dispatch services, emergency response, fire/rescue operations and business intelligence/analytics capabilities. Integration includes all primary applications and systems such as CAD, Narrowband Mobile Data Network (NMDN)/broadband mobile interface, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) mapping, Automatic Vehicle Locator (AVL), Business Intelligence system, and Land Mobile Radio (LMR) System. The System will be interfaced with life and mission critical systems including 9-1-1, Logging & Recording (L&R), Los Angeles Regional Interoperable Communication System (LARICS), data warehouse and existing District third-party applications. The System shall be a turnkey solution and meet all the System requirements mentioned in this request for bid.
