The subcontractor will support the Bay Area Regional Technical Assistance Center (RTAC) in advancing and sustaining community schools across the region specifically aligned to the California Community Schools Framework. The subcontractor will help develop strategies to build sustainability beyond initial grant funding, enhance capacity at various levels, and address the diverse needs of both established and newly implemented community schools. They will provide targeted technical assistance and professional development to key invested parties, including school principals, community school coordinators, school staff, community members, and students, to strengthen community schools as hubs of opportunity and transformation.
