Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required in the Plans, Specifications and Contract documents for said project to design and install a fire alarm system and provide monitoring services. The Community Center is used as a facility for District programs and events; its assembly spaces and kitchen are available for short-term private rentals, all of which may occur on a daily basis. EWIS systems are critical for ensuring the safety and coordination of building occupants and emergency responders during fire emergencies. Proper design, installation, and maintenance are essential for these systems to function effectively when needed.
