5.2.2 The following eight Community Action Partnership service domains encompass all eligible individual and family services: 5.2.2.1 Housing (SRV 1) 5.2.2.2 Health and Social/Behavioral Development (SRV 2) 5.2.2.3 Education and Cognitive Development (SRV 3) 5.2.2.4 Employment Services (SRV 4) 5 2.2.5 Income and Asset Building (SRV 5) 5.2.2.6 Transportation (SRV 6) 5 2.2.7 Civic Engagement and Community Involvement (SRV 7) 5.2.2.8 Services Supporting multiple Service Domains (SRV 8) 5.2.3 Priority Services are consistent with the 2026-27 Community Action Plan (CAP), which are based on the 2025 CNA’s top community-identified service priorities.
