2.1 Work with County of San Diego Project Manager and previous contractor to coordinate removal of old equipment, electrical, plumbing, and stainless-steel work. 2.2 Delivery and installation of new dishwasher, electrical, plumbing, and stainless-steel work. 2.3 Repair flooring, if needed. 2.4 Start up and testing new equipment 2.5 Routine preventive maintenance checks. 2.6 24-hour on-call service support including parts and labor. 2.7 Complete service reports for each site visit 2.8 Training for personnel as needed 2.9 Provide and install ALL dispensing equipment and product for dishwashing and clean up 2.10 Provide one (1) copy each of Operation and Maintenance manuals. 2.11 Dispose of all excess material and debris from the project site generated by their work in a safe and legal manner at a legal dumpsite.
