Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor shall provide live comedy entertainment for a period no less than two (2) hours per event date. This should include MC, Feature and Headliner. 2. Contractor shall be set up thirty (30) minutes prior to his/her scheduled performance. Scheduled Performance Time(s): 8:00-10:00 PM 3. Contractor must begin performance no later than 8:00 PM. The performance must continue until no earlier than 10:00 PM. 4. Contractor must provide names, photographs, and biographies of featured comedians and/or a web link for retrieving requested information to the designated District staff member for marketing materials. 5. Contractor shall cross-promote their performance at said event through any and all appropriate communications and social networking vehicles under their administration. 6. The overall volume and language of the performance will be subject to the reasonable discretion of the District, taking into consideration appropriate factors such as the performance location and its possible proximity to parties not involved in the performances, including, but not limited to, local residents and/or audience members. 7. Comedian’s sets should have minimal cussing and limit jokes of sexual nature, so they are not overtly sexual, grotesque or obnoxious in nature; some innuendo is acceptable.
