PROPOSER QUALIFICATIONS 1. Primate vivarium experience with cage washers and in-room sanitation is mandatory. Professional References required. Experience sanitizing indoor and outdoor NHP enclosures. 2. Annual safety training for staff. 3. Quarterly site visits including titrations to ensure proper amounts of chemicals are being used. 4. Vendor to provide and install peristaltic pumps. 5. 48 hr. response to service calls. 6. Equipment maintenance (pumps and hoses). 7. Chemicals for CNPRC cage washers (55-gallon drums) and animal room sanitation (1-gallon bottles). 8. Proper labeling of all chemical lines in cage wash and animal rooms. 9. Include dilution rates with quote. 10. In-room sanitation chemistry and bottle should be compatible with existing dilution equipment and holder or vendor to provide and install new dilution/mixing stations and holder 11. Wastewater treatment limits must be met for cage wash discharge (attached) 12. Please include SDS and Chemical label with quote 13. Consultation re. quality control 14. All personnel from the vendor who will be providing services at the Primate Center must undergo health screening. Strict adherence to our policies concerning access and service locations will be enforced. 15. We retain the right to terminate this agreement at any time, with a 60-day notice, for any reason. 16. 5–7 day delivery on chemicals
