The scope of work includes the replacement of the existing Baker Boulevard Bridge Over the Mojave River with a new bridge. The San Bernardino County Department of Public Works (Department) is responsible for providing construction project management services for the Department’s transportation projects, including performing the duties of resident engineer and inspectors. This also includes providing the quality assurance and quality control (QA / QC), as well as plan, constructability and structural review services on various projects. The selected Proposer shall provide complete construction project management, surveying, and environmental services for the Baker Boulevard Bridge project to avoid unnecessary delays in project delivery and to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with contract requirements.
