The project entails the pavement maintenance of three city-owned parking lots 3, 18 and 19 and maintenance of the two alleys adjacent to lots 3 and 19. The scope of work includes concrete repair, new alley gutter, cold milling and paving, utility adjustments, installation of wheel stops, signing and striping improvements. Additional maintenance work may be requested to be completed on roadways within a 1-mile radius of any project location indicated on the plans if an unforeseen immediate public need arises during the Project Term. If requested, additional maintenance work shall be paid at the rates submitted for Project Bid Items and shall be authorized via a Change Order per Section 2-7 of the Standard Specifications referenced in Section 3-7.1.1.
