A. Contractor shall furnish and install new 208/230V, 3-phase packaged rooftop HVAC system. B. Contractor shall start-up and test the unit to ensure proper operation and to make any adjustments needed. C. Provide and install adapter curb (if required for compatibility with existing roof curb). Verify and endure all electrical connections meet guidelines. D. Fabricate and install custom sheet metal transition fitting, confirming fully insulated. E. Install new copper condensate piping with proper slope and support. Seal and insulate and ductwork penetrations for energy efficiency. F. Contractor shall remove and replace all unit disconnects. G. Contractor shall perform pre and post reads for all registers. H. Contractor shall provide on-site training to CHP staff on the operation and functions of the newly installed HVAC unit. I. Contractor shall provide two copies of Operation and Maintenance Manuals to the CHP on-site contact. J. Contractor is responsible for obtaining any permits required for the installation of the HVAC unit. K. Contractor shall be properly disposing and recycle old equipment per Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines. L. Contractor shall remove all debris, including packaging materials from the jobsite on a daily basis. M. Contractor shall warranty work for a period of one (1) year after installation and provide manufacturer’s warranty on equipment installed.
