Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Mammoth Resident Post, the services described herein: furnish all supplies (including cleaning/chemical agents, paper products, including 2-ply toilet paper, trash can liners, consumable, etc.), materials, tools, equipment (including brooms, buffers, mops, etc.), labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide two (2) day per week Janitorial Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. a. License Requirement: Business License. b. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E). 2.
