Pest Control: The targeted pests include all pests such as mites, silverfish, earwigs, sow bugs, centipedes, bees, millipedes, ants, spiders, cockroaches, scorpions, fleas, and all other pests, excluding termites. C. Vermin Control: Elimination of gophers, mice, rats, ground squirrels, and any other vermin outside and within the building to be serviced. D. E. The Contractor agrees to use non-chemical or biological odorless or low odor type treatment. If this treatment is not effective, the Contractor shall move to the use of Tier 3 (least hazardous) herbicides/insecticides and then progress to Tier 2 and then to Tier 1, if necessary, to manage pests.
