5. BADGE REPAIR AND/OR RIBBON REPLACEMENT SERVICES INFORMATION A. Contractor shall repair and/or service California Highway Patrol (CHP) breast badges on an as-needed basis and according to the following specifications. Badge Repair(s) and Service(s) will include the following: 1) Rank ribbon replacement (Contractor supplied ribbon), in the following ranks, but not limited to: Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner, Chief, Assistant Chief, Captain, Lieutenant, Sergeant, Detective, Officer, and Traffic Officer 2) “Honorably Retired” ribbon placement (Contractor supplied ribbon) 3) “In Memoriam” ribbon placement (Contractor supplied ribbon) 4) Joint/catch/pin repair and/or replacement 5) Great Seal of California repair and/or replacement 6) Badge reshaping 7) Badge refinishing 8) Badge re-enameling
