To provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools and materials necessary to perform construction of new Chloramine Boosting System at the Reservoirs 1,4, and 5 locations. In general, the work involves (1) the demolition and disposal of a portion of the existing trees, piping and equipment at each reservoir site, (2) the new grading and construction of new retaining wall and CMU building to house the chloramine boosting system including the on-site hypochlorite generation system (OSHG), chemical storage tanks, chemical metering pump skids, total chlorine residual analyzers, sample water recovery system, and other appurtenances as shown in the Plans, (3) installation of double-contained chemical feed piping/tubing both underground and exposed to connect to (4) new sample pumps and mixers installed in the reservoirs, (5) associated electrical equipment and appurtenances, (6) programming, startup testing and commissioning of the facility, (7) safety shower, water service piping and more for the City of Burbank Water and Power Department
