i. Operations through June 30, 2028, with possible extensions thereafter in compliance with applicable DHCS and CDSS licensing standards and other applicable codes, regulations, and standards. 1. Furnishing the facility for operations. 2. Obtaining State licensing through the Department of Social Services Community Care Licensing Division and certification through the Department Health Care Services, with program operations beginning no later than June 2026 or as agreed upon thereafter. 3. The facility shall serve a maximum of four residents in single bedrooms from San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties, with a focus on serving foster youth ages 6 through 20, taking into consideration the ages of other residents when considering admittance.
