Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1. Goals The goals of this contract are to: 3.1.1. Reduce and prevent childhood obesity in San Diego County through the adoption of PSE change strategies grounded in the CI framework. 3.1.2. Provide structural organizational support through managerial leadership, development and dissemination of resources, identification of funding opportunities, and by building coordination and capacity among San Diego County stakeholders in the implementation of the goals, objectives, and strategies detailed in the COAP. 3.2. Objectives Contractor shall achieve the following objectives each contract year, unless otherwise stated: 3.2.1. By June 30, 2020, develop and submit a Policy Agenda designed to advance policy priorities for healthy food and beverage access, opportunities for safe physical activity, and improved social, economic, service, and built environments that support healthy eating and active living. 3.2.2. By April 30, 2020, submit a three-year Strategic Plan that provides a roadmap for COI partners and community stakeholders for achieving the four (4) overarching goals of the COAP. 3.2.3. By October 31, 2019, develop and submit one (1) workplan aligned with Domain-specific recommendations of the COAP for each of the seven (7) COI Domains.
