The Contractor shall provide inspection, repair, and integration services for the chemical and smoke purge equipment as required, to ensure the chemical and smoke purge system can operate safely at all Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications and performs all necessary functions in concert with the installed Edwards Fire Alarm Control Panel, and associated devices. The Contractor shall provide inspection, programming, repairs, and emergency services as described herein. The Contractor shall provide services which include but not limited to providing technical support and troubleshooting of equipment. The Contractor shall also provide any necessary repairs and parts replacement on the associated components. Parts requiring replacement shall be replaced in accordance with Section 9, Parts Replacement herein. The Contractor shall perform all services on an as-needed basis as specified herein and as necessary to maintain the functional level for each specified piece of equipment. Services shall include, as applicable, but not limited to: cleaning, adjusting, calibration, alignment and operational testing of each piece of equipment, relay, controller, starter, damper, switch, interlock, and wiring circuit, furnishing all necessary supplies and testing equipment, and providing all necessary repairs and parts replacement. The Contractor shall invoice services at the rate specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet. The Contractor shall provide miscellaneous and/or routine maintenance services on an as-needed basis, which will be reimbursed at the Repair Hourly Rate, as specified in Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet.
