1. Proposer must demonstrate professional and education experience involving the production of motion picture, television, or video, to include: budgets, shooting schedules, synopses, analyzing scripts, and logistics of filming. 2. Proposer must demonstrate experience in working with Movie Magic Budgeting and Scheduling software – indicate budget ranges and to which specific locales and jurisdictions. Provide samples of previous budgets and schedules created. 3. Proposer must demonstrate knowledge of film and television tax credits and give specific examples of previous applications submitted. If applicable, discuss in detail experience in reviewing tax credit applications and supplemental required materials. 4. Proposer must demonstrate knowledge of California’s tax credit application process and jobs ratio calculation.
