Task 1: Project Kick-Off. This task includes attendance at an in-person kick-off meeting and site visit. • Deliverable(s): Consultant to prepare agenda prior to the meeting and follow up with meeting minutes. Task 2: Data Needs Request. This task includes reviewing and gathering data needs to determine any data requests that may be needed from the City and/or Applicant. • Deliverable(s): Consultant to prepare data needs request. Task 3: Project Description. This task includes preparation of a Project Description that will serve as the Project Description for the environmental analysis. • Deliverable(s): Consultant to prepare Administrative Draft, Screencheck Draft, and Final/Public Draft. Task 4: Technical Studies. This task includes preparation of technical studies. The Respondent shall provide a scope and budget for the following technical studies as part of the proposal, with the intent of tiering from existing technical studies to the extent practicable. This may include tiering from technical studies recently included as part of the Napa 2040 General Plan EIR: • Air Quality and Greenhouse Gas Emissions Study • Biological Resources Study • Cultural Resources Study • Noise Study • Transportation Impact Study (LOS and VMT)...
