The County of Riverside Purchasing Department on behalf of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office (RSO) Technical Services Bureau is soliciting quotations from qualified resellers for Cellebrite Inseyets Upgrade and Annual Renewal as detailed in this RFQ. RSO has used Cellebrite UFED, a digital intelligence suite of forensic software solutions since 2008. The solution supports investigations with secure, comprehensive tools that extract, decode and analyze data, which enables Sheriff’s Department personnel to harness digital intelligence with greater speed and efficiency. Cellebrite has consolidated the UFED, Premium, and Physical Analyzer (PA) software and hardware services into a single package. This RFQ is to consolidate the various Cellebrite licenses RSO currently has into one account and co-term the licenses to align with the renewals (expiring on 10/31/2025 and 12/03/2025). This quote will also be to upgrade all of the licenses to Cellebrite Inseyets Pro Online with Unlimited Unlocks, and offer set pricing for the next five years.
