Specifications include, but are not limited to: • A single source of truth: A centralized and unified cloud-based platform solution accessible to the public and State, enabling users to log in securely. • Historic Data: The Solution must have the ability to upload the existing data from multiple platforms to the proposed solution. • User Authentication and Access Control: The solution must have a robust authentication mechanism allowing users to create accounts, log in securely, and manage their profiles. Implement role-based access control within a cloud-based platform to manage user permissions and access levels across different divisions and functionalities. • License Catalog: Create a comprehensive catalog of available licenses, clearly outlining their details, terms, and conditions. • License Requests: Enable users to request licenses through the platform, providing necessary information and supporting documents. • Customizable Forms and Applications: Design custom forms and applications within the solution for users to submit license requests, make payments, and manage their profiles (user-friendly and ADA-compliant). • Payment Processing: Integrate the solution with secured payment gateways to facilitate license fee payments, supporting multiple payment methods such as echeck and credit cards. • Document Generation: Generate printable licenses once approved, with the option for users to download or print their licenses directly from the platform. • User Support: Offer user support through the platform via FAQs, live chat, or a helpdesk to assist users with questions or issues. • Reporting, Analytics, and Intelligence: Implement reporting capabilities to track license requests, payments, and user activities. Analytics tools can provide insights into user behavior and platform performance. o Ability to create custom reports based on specific criteria and requirements. o Pre-defined report templates commonly used reports such as transaction history, license status, and payment records. o Ability to offer a range of filters and parameters such as date ranges, license types, and payment methods for more customized reports. o Ability to export reports in common formats such as PDF, CSV, and XLC available to download or export. o Ability to schedule reports in regular intervals and/or periodic reports to be generated automatically and delivered to specified email addresses or stored within user accounts. o Ability to have role-based report permissions and Access Control to ensure that users can only generate reports based on their assigned permissions and access levels within the platform. o Performance and Scalability: The reporting system must be able to handle large datasets efficiently and ensure scalability as the volume of data increases over time. o Data Integrity and Accuracy: Ensure that the generated reports reflect accurate and up-to-date information from the database, maintaining data integrity throughout the reporting process. o User Training and Support: Provide comprehensive documentation, tutorials, or user guides to assist users in creating custom reports effectively.
