The Work comprises of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, incidentals, all implied requirements, and all appurtenant work as required by the Plans, Specifications, California Building Code, and Contract Documents for the above stated project. The general items of work to be performed include the resurfacing, restriping, and selective reconstruction of the Carl Johnson Gym Floor. The project scope includes the removal of existing and placement of new base cove throughout the gym perimeter, and interior patching and painting of the gym walls including the interior sides of existing doors and door frames. The project includes two additive bid items consisting of the furnishing and installation of four new electric basketball winches and removal of existing and installation of a new Interkal Contour Seat Modules. This project is funded in whole or part by a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The prime contractor and subcontractors must register with SAM.gov.
