Specifications include, but are not limited to: Maintenance a. Maintenance will be performed on a time and material basis with written approval from the DWR Security Contract Manager or delegated representative. b. System equipment will be maintained in a fully operational status and kept in top working condition. c. Equipment cabinets and/or housings must be kept cleaned, free of dust and debris. 2. Software Support (C-Cure 9000) a. Provide current “Advanced Intergrator” level of technical expertise with documentation confirming certification (as defined by TYCO Fire & Security) for CCure 9000. b. Write SQL system reports and perform advanced level programming of CCure 9000 software (e.g. partitions, events, alarms, reports) c. Interface with intrusion alarm systems as needed. d. Perform C-Cure 9000 system updates as needed. e. Trouble shoot software issues as needed. f. Experience supporting Software House systems on a Wide Area Network (WAN).
