The USACE-SPK or Office is seeking information for potential sources to provide bi-annual (two times a year) preventative maintenance and repair of CCTV security equipment.
a. The Government intends to award a service maintenance contract for providing two bi-annual preventative maintenance visits. The contractor will test all multi-class proximity card readers tied to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) system. The contractor will test/clean the common area locking hardware on each visit. The contractor will test all the access control modules that are connected to the USACE system. The contractor will test all the existing backup batteries associated with the system. The contractor will check the server / workstation for proper functionality. The contractor will create a current backup of the database. The contractor will provide and install one Software renewal, good for 1 year from the time of renewal. The contractor will test and clean and test all existing security cameras. The contractor will check the existing rack-mounted NVR for proper functionality. The contractor will provide a boom lift to service the exterior cameras. The contractor will generate a report detailing all findings for the above listed maintenance. The report will be submitted to USACE within seven days of each maintenance visit.
