Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor will deliver an on-site, in-person OSHA Compliant trainings at sites determined by the CCC for the two courses below. Class size is 30 maximum students, minimum enrollment of 15. Instruction must be engaging and taught through various learning modalities. 1. 40-hour HAZWOPER Training Course delivered at ten (10) CCC locations 2. 24- hour First Responder Awareness delivered at three (3) CCC locations; The CCC will be responsible for assisting the contractor with scheduling the courses throughout the State of CA starting July 1, 2024- June 30, 2025. Contractor should include and/or incorporate the following elements in the completed course package (invoiced as a single combined line item): • Student textbooks per class (physical and/or digital copies) • Provide hands-on practice in addition to written reference materials • Provide the most current Emergency Response Guidebook (ERG) per student • Provide an industry recognized completion certificate (electronic) per student, per course • Provide education on career pathways and introduce students to potential employers that require or preferential hiring for positions with a HAZWOPER certification • Purchase all necessary supplies and training materials and aids related to the training that are not provided by the CCC. The CCC will provide basic PPE per student (gloves, tyveks, masks, tape, rubber boots) • Cost of travel (including hotel and per-diem at the current state rate)
