The Department of Mental Health (DMH) seeks to train mental health clinicians at both directly operated and contracted agencies throughout Los Angeles County in Individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The goal of this purchase order is to increase clinicians’ competency when working with clients utilizing CBT by providing further supervision in their practice through individually tailored feedback and review. This purchase order seeks to contract a vendor that is able to provide the following services: two (2) audio recordings per trainee within the initial CBT training, a maximum of 240 audio recording reviews, and additionally the vendor will provide two (2) case conceptualization reviews per trainee within the initial CBT training, a maximum of 240 case conceptualization reviews. Services are to commence on or after November 1, 2025 or approval of this purchase order and are to be completed by June 30, 2026. Learning Objectives: 1. Identify ways to enhance case conceptualization and treatment planning 2. Develop increased proficiency in implementing CBT in clinical practice, including identifying and addressing common challenges 3. Articulate a foundational understanding of CBT, including its general treatment process and treatment interventions
