Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall develop and implement a program to provide Case Management and Advocacy services for immigrant/refugee victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, elder abuse, dependent adults and/or the non-abusing caregivers of child abuse survivors. Case management and advocacy services for adult victims that are immigrants/refugees in the East region of San Diego County will include crisis intervention, safety planning and support, assistance with public service applications, service navigation through the criminal justice and social services, “warm” connections to services such as transitional housing, mental health services, and wrap-around services, referrals to legal assistance programs, and oversight of an emergency assistance fund.
