A. QUARTERLY SERVICES: 1. Perform maintenance in all Home’s carpet cleaning machines / scrubbers according to manufacture’s recommended specifications and tolerances; 2. Check operation of each machine; 3. Check operation of performance; 4. Check the batteries, if applicable; 5. Check debris tray; 6. Check drain solution and recovery tanks; 7. Rinse solution and recovery tanks; 8. Store tanks with the lid open; 9. Clean squeegee assembly; 10. Remove and clean floor pad or brush. B. SEMI ANNUAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES 1. Contractor shall provide semi-annual preventive maintenance, performance assurance, testing, cleaning, and inspection services as follows: a. Maintenance and services b. Parts and replacement as required. c. Trouble shoot and fixing the machines. C. EMERGENCY SERVICE 1. Contractor shall provide any necessary emergency repairs upon request from the Contract Manager. Contractor must respond to requests for emergency repair within two (2) hours of notification from the Home.
