1. The Contractor shall: a. Provide on-site preventative maintenance every 120 days to ensure that each machine remains in optimum working condition. Each PM service shall include but not be limited to: 1) Diagnostic tests 2) Full inspection 3) Adjustment 4) Calibration 5) Cleaning 6) Vacuum interior and exterior 7) Oil and lube as needed 8) Replacement of worn items b. Schedule PMs with SCO contact in Section D.1. at least 24 hours in advance. 1) Upon completion of each PM, the Contractor will provide a complete report of work performed and suggestions concerning any future work needed to ensure continued operating efficiency. c. Provide on-call services, as needed, to keep the printers fully operational. Provide a service reference number when SCO staff call or e-mail. A technician shall respond within two hours of the service request and have a technician on site within four hours of initial service request, unless SCO contact listed below in Section D. Contacts indicates another specified time is acceptable. 1) Replace parts if deemed necessary by the Contractor or service technician. Replace parts without charge, with the exception of parts damaged by carelessness or improper handling by SCO. 2) Replace all parts with original manufacturer parts (OEM), new and of good quality, free from damage or defects. Damaged or defective parts that are removed become the property of the Contractor upon inspection and approval by SCO. The Contractor shall include all labor and install replacement parts at no additional cost to SCO, except for damage due to misuse by the State. The Contractor shall have the ability to procure the parts necessary to keep all machines operational.
