The Contractor will provide file-based National Change of Address (NCOA) services, including all the tasks required to update the Vehicle Registration (VR) Renewal Notice Print Records received with address changes from the United States Postal Service (USPS) NCOA database, address standardization, zip + 4 codes, and delivery point barcodes, via electronic (DMV’s SFTP/VPN) delivery. 2. The Contractor will provide Data Personator API software for Address Standardization and Validation for real-time with up to 24,000,000 records per year. 3. The Contractor will provide Data US Express Entry (Autocomplete000) Bulk API software with National Change of Address (NCOA) services with address changes from the United States Postal Service (USPS) NCOA database, address standardization, zip + 4 codes, and delivery point barcodes, with up to 24,000,000 records per year.
