In addition to this contract OCTA has reserved funds for direct media buy. Marketing and Media Plan Development Create ready-to-execute marketing and media plans for OCTA marketing initiatives that define target audiences, marketing goals, strategies and tactics, timelines, budget, implementation details and schedules and performance analysis methods. Graphic Design and Copywriting Design and production of final art for logos, brand development of new bus service products, collateral materials, and miscellaneous graphic needs. Graphic design projects (e.g., brochures, flyers, newsletters, multi-part and html emails, etc.) will also require copywriting support. Graphic and copywriting deliverables - Produce, deliver, and/or accept files from the following software: Adobe Acrobat 9.0 .pdf or later Adobe Illustrator CS5.5 .ai, .eps Adobe InDesign CS5.5 Adobe Photoshop CS5.5 Microsoft Office 2011 (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) Ability for FTP transfer - Provide PDF and color proofs
