The San Mateo County Harbor District (District) requests proposals from qualified Proposers to provide design, engineering, public outreach, permitting and construction management services for the Burnham Strip Overflow Parking Lot Project, a project to improve recreational access to the San Mateo Coast. The District intends to create a new parking lot and greenspace area in order to accommodate overflow vehicle parking caused by a high number of users at Pillar Point Harbor, launch ramp, local restaurants, retail businesses and local public beaches (to include Surfers Beach). Therefore, the District is currently requesting qualified firms or individuals to submit design, engineering, public outreach, permitting and construction management proposals for consideration.
