The City of San Jacinto ("City") is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Building & Safety Inspection Services to support the City’s Building & Safety Division. These services are intended to supplement the work of in-house staff and will be delivered on a scheduled and as-needed basis. The selected Consultant will act as an extension of City staff, performing field inspections for permitted residential and non-residential construction projects to verify compliance with the California Building Standards Code (Title 24), including structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, energy, and accessibility requirements, as well as applicable provisions of the San Jacinto Municipal Code and Development Code.
