Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1 Furnish and install all materials and labor required to perform the scope and specification requirements set forth at the Dining Facility located within Camp San Luis Obispo. 1.2 Replace (1) Train Air cooled Chiller with (1) new Train Air cooled Chiller, Trane model CGAM060F2**3EXD2A1A3A1AX ,60-ton, 4 compressors, 6 condensing fans, 138 gpm, 55 EWT and 45 LWT ,460/60/3, install new chiller on existing housekeeping pad, installation complete with all new piping, valves, actuators, and accessories, modify piping and any other connection to new unit as needed to transition from new unit to exiting piping and accessories. Connect unit to existing DDC system. Notes • CONDENSER COILS SHALL INCLUDE BAKED EPOXY COATING PRVODING 6000+ HOUR SALT SPRAY RESISTANCE • THE CHILLER SHALL HAVE RAPID RESTART WITH CAPABILITY OF STARTING IN 85 SECONDS AFTER A POWER LOSS • CHILLER SHALL HAVE CLOSE SPACING CAPABILITY • FACTORY CHILLER START UP • CHILLER SHALL BE BUILT IN THE USA • REFRIGERANT SHALL HAVE GWP RATING OF <600 1.3 Replace (1) Lochinvar Gas Fired non - condensing boilers with new ( 1 ) Lochinvar Gas fired non - condensing boilers model CH-0502-M7,120/60/1, 500 MBH input heating and 425 MBH output , attach new boilers to existing housekeeping pads, installations complete with all new circulating pumps, piping, valves, actuators and accessories, modify piping and any other connection to new units as needed to transition from new units to exiting piping and accessories. Connect units to existing DDC system.
