The State of California Military Department will accept bids until 2:00 PM on 8/15/2025 from qualified bidders, who attended the pre-bid job walk on 7/22/2025 at 11:00 AM, offering to provide equipment, materials, labor, licenses, bonds and insurance required for the Building 6038 Asphalt Parking Lot Replacement - CR located at Camp Roberts, Highway 101, San Miguel, CA 93451. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to survey, design, grind, grade, install compacted base, and lay Hot Mixed Asphalt (HMA) at the designated parking lot areas. Includes all markings, striping and signage for parking and path of travel, ADA parking and path of travel. Independent testing to verify compaction standards. Refer to attached specifications, site plan, and scope of work for detailed requirements.
