Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Santa Clara Valley Water District (District), located in San Jose, California, is seeking a qualified consultant (Consultant) to provide a commercial off the shelf (COTS) budget, financial forecasting, and capital planning system as well as services related to system implementation, integration, acceptance testing, user training, warranty and post warranty support that enable the District to implement an integrated single point of entry budgeting and financial planning system which can handle both Operations and Capital project plans. Features also include a publishing system with robust text and graphics capabilities. This system can be either on premise or cloud-based, and should provide a minimum 15-year term of life and licenses for the District.
