Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1. Review and update the Lake County Master Broadband Plan and amend as needed to providebroadband coverage and high service speeds to unserved and underserved areas.2.2. Produce a written Implementation Plan that includes a work plan (including a timeline andmeasureable outcomes), budget/resources, stakeholders, risk assessment and quality control tofullyrealizeopportunities using recommendations identified in the Lake County Master BroadbandPlan and other recommendations.2.3. Identify opportunities/collaborate with local vendors on shovel-ready broadband projects thataccomplish goals (or address deficits) outlined in the Lake County Master Broadband Plan.2.4. Include in the Implementation Plan any additional opportunities/recommendations notidentified in the Lake County Master Broadband Plan.2.5. Include in the Implementation regional-based opportunities such as those identified by theUpstate California Connect Consortium.
