I. General Scope Brannan Island State Recreation Area (BISRA) requires the services of a C-36 Plumbing Contractor, issued by the California State License Board, to conduct facilities replacements in the park’s restrooms and Bait Shop area, as shown in Exhibit A, Attachment 2 – Project Locations. BISRA located in Sacramento County, a few miles south of the City of Rio Vista, at 17645 State Highway 160, Rio Vista, CA. The facilities to be repaired under this agreement are located in both the main park area and the Windy Cove side, opposite of each other on Highway 160. The work will be completed within sixty (60) days of the contract start date. The contractor will replace items in eight (8) total restrooms in the park and the Bait Shop area. All materials needed to replace specified items will be supplied by the contractor. All equipment and labor needed to complete the repairs will also be provided by the contractor. The replaced items will be fully installed and ready for use by the contract end date. II. Removal of Existing Features • The contractor will remove all items listed for replacement in the attached Maintenance Items Matrix before installing the new ones. • The contractor will remove all soap dishes from restrooms and showers. • The contractor will remove all wooden doors and will replace them with steel doors. • The contractor will remove all broken doors and will replace them with new steel doors. • The contractor will remove all restroom and shower signs to replace them with consistent ones that meet the requirements shown in the Project Drawings. • The contractor will remove all existing Standard and ADA shower heads and will replace them with new ones to current standards, and that meet the requirements shown in the Project Drawings. • The contractor will remove all coin operated shower controls from the showers and will replace them with push button controls. • The contractor will cover all existing or new holes on the indoor shower and restroom walls
