The City of Thousand Oaks is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive maintenance, inspection, repair services, and air quality testing for its boiler and heat loop systems located at the Hill Canyon Treatment Plant. The selected Service Provider will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, safety, and longevity of these critical heating systems through scheduled preventive maintenance, system diagnostics, and responsive repair services. Additionally, the scope of work includes conducting screen and source testing as required by the City's permit issued by the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District (VCAPCD) and generating detailed reports to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. This contract aims to minimize downtime, optimize energy efficiency, and maintain adherence to environmental and safety standards. Vendors with demonstrated expertise in boiler and heat loop maintenance, including regulatory compliance testing and reporting, are encouraged to submit proposals.
