A. Contractor will perform a preventative, annual haul-out of the Sentinel for a visual inspection, bottom repair, and bottom coat. A complete inspection of the hull, props, shafts, and engine compartment will be performed. B. Hull is to be pressure washed and anodes are to be replaced at the time of repair if deemed necessary. C. Any additional repairs will be brought to the attention of DWR Contract Manager, and a Work Order form (Exhibit A, Attachment 1, Work Order) will be provided at that time. All additional repairs must have approval of DWR Contract Manager before repairs are initiated. Any work completed without prior approval by the DWR Contract Manager cannot be invoiced. D. Contractor will float test vessel with the assistance of the Captain for overall performance and handling after services and repairs have been completed. E. All replacement parts will be new at the time of installation. All replacement parts will be free from defects in design and workmanship and will conform to the applicable Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications.
