The work to be constructed hereunder is located at Black Gold Golf Course between Tee Box 9, Hole 18, and the Practice Putting Green. The general items of Work consist of, but are not limited to: providing traffic and pedestrian control and protection; installing and maintaining security fencing and other safety devices; providing temporary golf facilities as shown in the Plans; unclassified excavation and unclassified fill; deep shoring consisting of sheet piles or other engineered system approved by the Engineer to be partially abandoned-in-place upon completion and acceptance of storm drain improvements; removing sediment and debris from existing 48” Storm Drain; cold milling; removal of curb and gutter and sidewalk; installing concrete pipe, curb & gutter, PCC sidewalk, storm drain manholes,
