Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor must employ sufficient staff and possess sufficient equipment located in proximity to SRJ to meet the required response time of two hours from the time of request from ACSO. Contractors staff must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including all County holidays - New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Lincoln’s Birthday, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day (Thursday/Friday), and Christmas Day. Contractor must maintain a phone number for contact by ACSO, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or respond to voice mail in order to comply with the 2 hour required response time. Response time limit begins the moment ACSO calls for service. Contractor must provide biological hazard mitigation and remediation which include cleaning, disinfection, deodorization, waste removal, and drying of all surfaces in the requested space(s) on each requested visit. Contractor must provide all necessary chemicals, personal protective equipment (PPE), and any other equipment necessary for the safe cleaning and removal of all biohazards from SRJ premises. Contractor must be able to provide dry cleaning and return of ACSO staff uniforms involved in the cleanup within 48 hours of pick up. Contractor must be able to provide cleaning of inmate restraints.
