Specifications include, but are not limited to: Perform routine and emergency snow plowing and emergency road maintenance services on areas within the assigned location. Typical minimum snow accumulation for activation of plowing will be 2-3 inches. 2. Provide the required equipment for snow removal in sufficient condition, number, and size along with sufficient experienced and appropriately licensed personnel to perform snowplowing operations to maintain appropriate snow levels and as directed. 3. Be capable of responding to snow removal locations within two (2) hours of requisite snow accumulation (2-3 inches as specified above). This includes the transportation, chaining-up and setting up of snow removal equipment. This would also apply to weekends and holidays. 4. Perform road snow plowing and maintenance operations in a safe and prudent manner consistent with current operating procedures and standards. The Contractor shall maintain established routes and widths.
