This project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing 80 kW / 100 kVA UPS-B system and associated equipment, including bypass, auxiliary, battery cabinets, remote annunciator, and synchronizing indicator panel. A new 100 kVA UPS-B system (480 V input / 208 V output), along with a maintenance bypass cabinet, battery cabinet, and static transfer switch (STS), will be furnished and installed per design specifications. Work includes modification of feeders and terminations to re-feed designated downstream panels, retaining and reconnecting existing equipment as specified. The contractor will coordinate power shutdowns and critical load transfers while ensuring continuous 24/7 operations protection. All installation will comply with applicable codes, standards, and permit requirements. The project includes testing, commissioning, and on-site training for staff, along with proper disposal of removed equipment and adherence to safety and housekeeping protocols. In case of disputes, City requirements take precedence.
